I first found this video by Rosie From the Past a few years ago and I just love it. There is so much frustration that goes into art before you actually get to the fun part. For every three paintings that I make there is at least one that I have to toss- and by toss I mean angrily tear up and throw in the trash and then stomp upstairs annoyed and irritated for many hours. But that is the life of an artist. You have to take the bad with the good, good with the bad. And in the end it really is much more good than bad 🙂
